TIMS3 Address Book  
 

 
Associate companies and contacts with system documents, and integrate with Microsoft Outlook.

TIMS3 Address Book is a relational database for storing company and contact information. This is an easy to use tool for entering new records and browsing contacts. As well, handy contact and company detail forms are available to assist in viewing record information.

This database can be linked to import-to or export-from MS Outlook contacts list.

ADDRESS BOOK

This utility also integrates seamlessly with Project Navigator's pack-n-go feature. When prompted, the pack-n-go feature can automatically generate a zip file attached to an Outlook e-mail, and can select the e-mail address from the TIMS3 Address Book.

Company information is also shared to the "Company" field associated with each document in TIMS3. Users can easily choose from a drop down list of company names within the properties area of each document. This will help to associate documents with specific companies or projects.
