TIMS3 Cleanup is an automated librarian program that ensures safe and secure file backup. It runs a late evening check in routine as a scheduled process, prompting the client workstations to check-in any checked-out files. This synchronizes the file server documents to any changes on the client workstation before the nightly backup routine is run.

TIMS3 Managers can also use this utility to selectively check-in single, groups or all files from one or more workstations. This can be performed at any time as long as the file is not currently open. As well, managers can perform these tasks from a local or remote workstation.
