Profile- The TIMS3 Tech Team is an integrated group within the Technology Applications department of Giffels Associates Limited, an employee-owned, consulting and contracting organization offering engineering, architectural, management and construction services worldwide.
TIMS3 (Technical Information Management System) was originally developed as a file and project management system in the mid 1980's. Since then, TIMS3 has developed into a powerful document management and productivity enhancement software suite. Although primarily geared towards the engineering and architecture market, TIMS3 also serves a wide range of industries and business needs.
TIMS3 has developed to include: advanced document management solutions, extensive connectivity to operating and database systems, versatile utility programs, powerful administrative control and security system, web enabled access, and user-friendly interfaces.
