DBSync facilitates speedy system implementation by bulk loading document records into TIMS3.
TIMS3 DBSync is a synchronization utility used to synchronize both project records and physical directories, and document records and physical files. This utility is designed to bulk load documents and projects into the TIMS3 database. Generally, this utility is used at the beginning of a TIMS3 installation to synchronize the existing files and projects with the database. As well, this can be used to bulk import large amounts of new files and project folders into the system. 
Administrators can also use this utility to perform a bimonthly synchronization to catch any out-of-synch records. Download DBSync Users Guide.
