TIMS3 Enterprise forms the basic client/server deployment option that connects internal users and workgroups to business documents within a secure environment. Project Navigator provides users with Check-In/Check-Out file acces to the Database and File Server, while TIMS Data Manager provides administrators with all system management, forms and reporting functions. TIMS3 Enterprise is ODBC compliant and is certified for use with Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL or Oracle.

TIMS3Web extend access to the Enterprise system without compromising document integrity. Its read-only functionality, restricted to the reporting, viewling and downloading of documents, permits untrained users to access project information quickly and easily. TIMS3 Web is accessed through an Internet Explorer interface and does not require the installation of client workstation software. It is an efficient, cost effective way to provide the power of the TIMS3 environment on everyone's workstations.

Organizations with the need to share TIMS3 project documents with external Team Members can do so with WebPublisher. By marking TIMS3 folders as Replicated, files and database records are copied from the enterprise site to an external WebPublisher server with no extra effort. This procedure ensures that live documents remain protected within the organization's firewall. WebPublisher is accessed through an Internet Explorer interface and comes with its own security system that permits businesses to grant project-by-project access to outside users with a single installation.

ProjectWeb extends the functionality of WebPublisher by permitting external Team Members to contribute their own documents to the external site. Members can be granted both User (Read-only) and Author (Publishing) rights on a folder-by folder basis in the expanded security structure. Files are added via a simple drag and drop operation and email notification of any file changes is automatic. ProjectWeb also includes an online discussion forum in which Team Members can discuss project issues.

ProjectsWeb can also be implemented as a stand-alone collaboration tool organizations that do not require a TIMS3 Enterprise deployment. Both internal and external Team Members access ProjectWeb over the Internet and the site becomes a central point of coordination of all activities. This option includes a Project Navigator license for system administration and a TIMS3 File/Database Server license to provide the full benefit of a TIMS3 technololgy solution.
