Coordinating the participation, routing and scheduling functions of the document review process is a time consuming and complex process within any project. Consultants engaged in multiple document reviews face even more issues as schedules and deadlines often compete with one another. DocReview facilitates this process by automating the document review process from conception to completion.

DocReview templates can be created and configured so that they can be re-used for any team of review participants doing reviews on a project. Multiple document review templates may be used in each project to reflect the changing requirements and participants as the project progresses from the design to the construction phases.
Project administrators set the responsibilities of designated participants by first selecting a document controller, then the document reviewers and users in a template. The review schedule is established by setting due dates, interim notifications and non-working days.
Each template represents the actual set framework used for creating an individual review query.

Once created, DocReview still permits modifications to be made to an assigned review by:
• allowing the review due dates to be changed
• adding or removing reviewers
• re-assigning an existing review to other users and
• removing existing and adding new documents.
