Project Navigator now supports a new Pack and Go operation automatically gathers selected documents and their references and packages them for easy transport or storage To begin a Pack and Go operation, first select a file or a group of files as shown below or by holding down the conrol key and left-clicking the desired files.

After selecting the needed files, you can right click on any one of the selected files and select "Pack and Go" with or without references from the menu as shown here:

You can choose to archive the files into standard *.zip format and to optionally email the archive. Project Navigator will also generate a fully customizable table of contents to provide summary information at a glance.
When sending Pack and Go archives by email, Microsoft Outlook users can use the familiar Outlook email editor to modify the message sent with the archive package.
If you want the Project Navigator to create a contents list, you can customize which fields you want to include. Project Navigator will keep track of these preferences from session to session.
