You can create copies of existing documents using the Duplicate function, provided the TIMS manager has granted you the rights to create documents in the selected project. When you have the required original document displayed in the review form, you must click on the Duplicate icon. In the resulting duplicate mode, you must apply the appropriate changes to the document information, such as giving the new document a new file name. When the changes have been applied, you must click on the Save icon to complete the creation of the new document record and corresponding file.
