Reviewing Document Sets

When you first select the Document Set option, you will be in a query form. This allows you to specify a set name or project name, using wild-cards where appropriate. You can combine search criteria by using the OR tab. As discussed previously in this manual, this allows you to enter additional search strings that will be included using a Boolean OR operation in the database query. You may also leave the set and project name fields blanks, in which case all the document sets defined on the system can be reviewed.

Document Set (Find)

You must click on the Refresh query icon to initiate the database search operation. The system will display the first document set found in the database, along with the documents that make up the set. You can click on one of the record navigator controls to move through the various document sets found. The vertical scroll bar in the document listing window allows you to review all the documents, if there are more than can fit into a single window.
