Insert, Duplicate and Edit

Description of toobar icons:

	Form - Switch to the Form Mode for inserting the records. The default display mode is Review.
	Save - To permanently record the new information in the database
	Undo - To cancel out of the current operation and restore to the previous mode

Delete

When you click on the Delete icon, you will be asked to confirm whether you want to delete the current record i.e. the record that is being displayed). If you confirm the delete request, the record will be removed from the database without chance of recovery.
