Like any application some Maintenance is required to keep the system in tune with the way you'd like it to operate. As these conditions change so to must the TIMS3 database. To access the Maintenance area in TIMS Data Manager (TDM) click on the 'Administration' button on the main TDM menu. The choices that appear on the right let you, the Administrator, perform:

| PC Usage in Progress | Let you review who is currently using TIMS |
| PC Usage Raw Data | Let you review the current days accounting records in raw (unsummarized) form |
| PC Usage Summarized Data | Let you review the summarized accounting records of days past |
