Projects

The complete set of documents recorded in the system is divided into areas or groups called Projects. The concept of Projects is similar to what other applications call folders, cabinets, etc.

A hierarchy of projects is supported, where a project may belong to another project defined in the system. This other project is known as the master project. The project navigator (see section - TIMS3 Project Navigator) allows you to move through the hierarchy of projects to locate documents belonging to the target project.

When the Projects button is selected on the main TIMS3 menu, the project form is displayed in it’s search mode with the default project name entered on the form. By clicking the Refresh Query icon Filter Button you will see the detailed project information for this default project.
