The complete set of documents recorded in the system is divided into areas or groups called Projects. The concept of Projects is similar to what other applications call folders, cabinets, etc.
A hierarchy of projects is supported, where a project may belong to another project defined in the system. This other project is known as the master project. The project navigator (see section - TIMS3 Project Navigator) allows you to move through the hierarchy of projects to locate documents belonging to the target project.
When the Projects button is selected on the main TIMS3 menu, the
project form is displayed in its search mode with the default
project name entered on the form. By clicking the Refresh Query icon
you will see the detailed project information for this default project.

When reviewing project information, the icons displayed on the toolbar at the top of the screen allow you to perform specific functions. The purpose of each icon has been described in the previous section, but is repeated here for additional clarity.
To create new projects. A blank form will be displayed to define the new project information
To make changes made to the project record displayed
To make a copy of the current project record displayed
To delete the current project record.
To search for other project records. A blank search (or filter) form will be displayed.
