The File Transfer History Log is similar to the File Transfer Checkout Log in that it records document actions on the system, and records many of the same property fields. However, the history saves more information including: created revisions, document deletions, document check-in, document copies, new document registration, cancel check or copy out, document register, document rename, update client, update document to server, and unlock a locked document.
This log keeps a record of the entire history of all the document actions on the system. These records need to be archived usually on a quarterly to yearly basis.
