File Transfer Checkout Log

The File Transfer Checkout Log keeps a current record of all the documents that are currently Checked or Copied out. Users can dynamically query or run various sorts on this form to locate specific documents, documents status, users current projects, and what workstations the documents are located on.

Project Name	The project name that the checked out file is part of
Server File Name	The full file name, including volume and directory, of the file on the server
Client Node	The workstation node name that the file is checked out to
User Name	The name of the user that checked out the file
Mode	Whether the file is checked out for modification or for review (i.e. copied out)
Client File Name	The full file name, including volume and directory, of the file on the client
XFER Date	The date and time that the file was checked out
User ID	The unique system ID number of the user that checked out the file
Group ID	The number of the group that the user is a member of
Permanent	Whether the file is checked out permanently or non-permanently. This controls how the cleanup operation will process the files.
