With the Show Applaunch option selected in the Project Navigator’s user settings, when you double-click on a MicroStation document, a special Applications Launcher window is displayed. It allows you to select the MicroStation workspace, project and user interface. These settings are standard MicroStation settings that control how the MicroStation application functions.
