Contact Detail Form

To access the Contact Detail form you can either a) click the "Edit" button with a contact selected OR...

Right-click the a contact record from the Contact Search Results grid on the main screen and select "Edit Contact"

The Contact Detail form noted below allows you to edit any attribute in the contact record.

To save your changes click either the "Ok" or "Apply" buttons on the dialog at bottom right. When adding a new record, the same detail form is shown, but the "Group/Dept" and "Company" drop-down lists will be enabled.  For a record to be saved, a company and group MUST be chosen, as well as a valid Last Name. Security is maintained using the current standard TIMS3 security model in effect at the time of editing.
