All files created in a project directory will be created with the same NTFS security profile as the directories. The added functionality that TIMS3 software provides on top of these inherited NT security ACEs depends on the definition of the TIMS3 security model that is setup using the Data Manager application (see previous section). In the following examples the Security Model Grid given will outline the sample settings normally viewed via the form noted below. To conserve space, just a text display of the security model is shown in the examples below.
