Modify MicroStation reference file names with TIMS3 RefUtil.

TIMS3 RefUtil is a MicroStation reference file name and reference editing utility. This utility can be run as either a Windows interface, or from a DOS prompt for super fast command line processing.

REFUTIL

Users can scan MicroStation design files for their reference elements and can optionally modify their file attachment names.

Users can also use this utility to list the reference files for AutoCAD, MicroStation, Unigraphics and Solid Works files.
